MYPIERACCI

These conditions of sale define the terms and conditions that apply when a customer purchases goods through our website. If you do not understand these terms and conditions or if you have any questions about them, please contact us using the contact details provided in the CONTACT US section. Before placing an order, you must confirm you have read and accept these Terms of Sale.

These terms and conditions are subject to change, so please check them carefully and save or print a copy before placing any order.

1. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

1. If a customer wishes to order goods, you may follow the ordering procedure on our website.
2. Although placing of an order is not binding, the order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the relevant goods with payment of the price quoted upon execution of the order.
   Orders are subject to our acceptance and we may, at our discretion, refuse the order for the following reasons which include but are not limited to:
   a) Orders cannot be processed due to an error in the information provided by the customer;
   b) An error has occurred on our site relating to the goods ordered by the customer, for example an error relating to the price or description of the goods as they appear on our site;
   c) The goods ordered by the customer are no longer available on our website;
   d) Shipping to the customer's region is subject to restrictions, such as requesting additional information for delivery purposes;
   e) Upon receipt of the customer's order via the site, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the order at the e-mail address provided.
3. Upon receipt of the customer's order, we will check the availability of the relevant products. Our contract will only be deemed to be concluded and MYPIERACCI will only be liable for the acceptance of the order (or part of the order) when the goods have been dispatched and a confirmation e-mail has been sent to the customer confirming that all or part of the goods ordered are still available and have been dispatched. The contract will only cover that part of the order which has actually been dispatched and no contract will be entered into in respect of any goods ordered but not dispatched.

2. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

1. The presence of any goods on our site does not imply, confirm or warrant that such goods will be available at the time you wish to place an order to purchase them.
2. We reserve the right, at any time, to change the information about the goods displayed on our site, for example price information, descriptions or indications about the availability of the goods and we may do so without first informing you of the changes. However, we will not make changes to the price, availability or description of any goods after we have accepted an order to supply such goods to the customer.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

1. The prices published on the site are inclusive of VAT and are all in Euros, together with payments, and order invoices. We reserve the right to change the price of our goods at any time. We will not change the price of the goods included in an order after we have accepted it.
2. To pay for an order you can use: 
   a) Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards,
   b) PayPal. If you choose the PAYPAL payment method, you can pay directly through your PayPal account. MYPIERACCI.COM reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the PayPal verified account.
   c) Bank transfer. If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, at the conclusion of the order the customer will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail containing MYPIERACCI.COM's bank details, after which the goods will be set aside pending the arrival of the bank transfer to the account. The customer is required to send a copy of the payment by FAX or e-mail within 48 hours after receiving the order confirmation. We will dispatch the order when the transfer has reached our bank account and as soon as the goods are available in our warehouse.
   
   

4. SHIPMENTS

Shipments are made by DHL courier.

As required by the laws regulating trade, all MYPIERACCI.COM shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of each item in Euros. For discounted items, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from MYPIERACCI.COM with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by MYPIERACCI.COM, which declines any responsibility for such delays.

5.RETURNS

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items may be returned for exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Return Instructions

In order to request a return authorization, you must access the RESERVED section, select the order and the items to be returned, and indicate the type of compensation desired below. Once the procedure has been completed MYPIERACCI.COM will send you a confirmation via e-mail, containing the Return Merchandise Authorization Number and all the instructions you need to follow to return the goods.

The courier for the return of the goods will be indicated in the e-mail sent by MYPIERACCI.COM. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the consignment note, which must be filled in as indicated in the authorization email received. (The courier will bring a consignment note when collecting the package).

The return shipment made with the courier indicated by MYPIERACCI.COM will be FREE. If the return is sent using a different courier, all costs will be borne by the customer.

3 return options are available:

Size exchange
• An exchange is only possible for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. The new item requested can be returned following the same procedure.

Store Credit
• As soon as the return is received and processed, a code for the total value of the returned items will be sent to the customer, to be used for subsequent purchases.
• The Store Credit o can be used only once within 6 months from the moment of return o cannot be accumulated with other Store Credits o must be used in full on an order of equal or greater value.

Refund
• The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at MYPIERACCI.COM warehouse and the items have been checked.
• For orders paid by credit card the refunded amount will be available to customers in about two weeks, the timing may vary slightly depending on the credit card's bank circuit.
• For orders paid by PayPal or bank transfer the amount will be refunded to the original account.
• The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in amount due to exchange rate fluctuation cannot be refunded. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receipt of the order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
• Each item must be returned with all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.
• All accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.
• Returns must be shipped inside the MYPIERACCI.COM box.
• In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or if MYPIERACCI.COM makes mistakes in shipping, the Customer is required to follow the same instructions as above.
  MYPIERACCI.COM reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its warehouse.
• MYPIERACCI.COM's authorized returns must be shipped from the same country where the original order was delivered.
• MYPIERACCI.COM reserves the right not to accept returns sent with couriers other than the one indicated in the e-mail with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for MYPIERACCI.COM or requires collection from a branch of the courier itself.
• MYPIERACCI.COM also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions laid down.
• In such cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
• The acceptance of such returns will be subject to a charge of 15% of the value of the returned goods.
